These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

1. Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or another form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Gaga Games reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Gaga Games reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Gaga Games is a seller to end user customers and does not accept orders from dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by Gaga Games.

2. Liability

Gaga Games is not liable for any losses or damages caused by this website or any website linked to or from this website. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving a reason. Upon cancellation of an order, we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method received.



GaGa Games ("we" and "us") is an Australian-owned family business and our products are built in Melbourne and shipped Australia-wide. You are welcome to reach out to us at anytime to chat about your needs.

If you have a change of mind after placing a purchase we can support a refund within 7 days. After this period a partial-refund may be provided depending on the stage of the order progressing in our system towards delivery.

We have a high quality product and guarantee that if you have any issues from the hand manufacturing process or through fault from the shipping process, we will repair if we can, and in a rare case where repairs will not do the job, we will absolutely replace the product at no cost to you.

You are always covered under consumer law also.

We ask that you do your due diligence in researching our business and product first, speaking with our team if you have any questions and making sure you have chosen the correct product for your space and needs.

Money Back Guarantee
Gaga Games will provide you full money back (including the portion attributed to freight for the delivery - excluding return freight) where you are not satisfied the product is delivering on the value we have promised and the quality is not as you would have expected. As long as a request to return is received within 30 days of receipt of item and goods are returned at your cost to us in resellable condition within 60 days. Money will be refunded within 14 days of the return of goods.

Return Due To Change Of Mind
Gaga Games will accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 10 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition within 30 days.

Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

Gaga Games will refund the value of the goods returned but will not refund the value of any shipping paid.

Warranty Returns
Gaga Games will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of items.

A warranty claim form will need to be completed within this time frame including images of the item and a detailed description of the issue.

Gaga Games will arrange for repair of the faulty item or component first if possible and if not possible will arrange for full replacement of the faulty item or component at not cost to you the client.

Where a warranty claim has been submitted within 90 days of receipt of goods, you can expect Gaga Games to process your warranty claim within 7 days.

Once a warranty claim is confirmed we aim for full resolution within 30 days.



We aim to have stock on hand of our products - however depending on materials availability this may not always be possible. As a result our turnaround times can vary from immediate availability (not including shipping time) to up to 8 weeks.

This period starts when a deposit or payment in full has been made to confirm your order and the last date is when it is available for despatch from our workshop.

How can/will I receive my goods?

  • Due to the size and weight of this product we will arrange shipping with our own teams or a trusted 3rd party freight provider.
  • This product will be delivered on a tailgate truck. The truck will only be able to deliver to the easiest location and the goods will be left at that spot. You will need to arrange someone to then move the goods to your storage position until you are ready to install. Unfortunately 3rd party truck drivers will not assist in this process.

Gaga Games will manage the process of your delivery with the 3rd party provider, however communication may also be required by you with a freight provider directly to ensure accurate and efficient delivery.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are included in our product prices for major metro areas and some major regional areas (too many to list below). Each area is zoned and certain postcodes included - you can check whether your postcode is included in our Shipping Zones at the checkout.

Major Metro Areas Included:
VIC - Melbourne
SA - Adelaide
ACT - Canberra
NSW - Sydney
QLD - Brisbane

If you fall outside of the included postcodes (check at the checkout) you can reach out to us and we can provide a quotation for additional freight costs to your area. If any additional freight costs are required these will be added to your order at the time and payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Transit Time
In general, shipments are in transit for up to 7 days, however delays can occur due to a number of unforseen issues such as weather events.

4.2 Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 8 weeks of payment of order.

Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

4.3 Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please note that significant changes to delivery address may result in delayed arrival.

4.4 Delivery Time Exceeded
You will be notified ahead of time of any expected delays to our expected build completed date.


5. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers may receive a tracking link directly from our usual freight suppliers from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.


6. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.


7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

8. Cancellations

Cancellations can me made at any time prior to the goods leaving our workshop. If the goods have already left via our freight partners you may be required to pay additional costs to have goods returned.

9. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

9.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit
We will process a repair, replacement or refund as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

9.2 Process for parcel lost in-transit
We will process a replacement or refund as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
